Prices and Availability
We are open all year round and prices for 2010 range from £250 per week in early spring and late autumn to £360 per week during mid-summer. The cottage is available during Christmas and New Year (prices on application). Our normal change-over day is Saturday, but different start days, weekends and short breaks are available in the low season and often bookable at short notice. Heating is controllable by guests and included in the price. Children are very welcome at Underhill but some features of the cottage make it unsuitable for very young ones and we will be pleased to advise parents as to suitability.
Please note that Underhill is a non-smoking establishment. Also, to further insure that a fresh atmosphere is preserved in the cottage and in the interests of visitors who may suffer from allergies, we regret we are unable to accommodate pets. A full access statement will be provided on request.
